Poet, novelist and playwright Owen Sheers takes us on a personal journey through his creative relationship with David Jones. From a cameo appearance in his first novel, Resistance, via a radio verse-drama, a TV documentary to the NTW 2014 play Mametz, Jones has been something of an ongoing presiding spirit for Owen. In this event Owen introduces film extracts and readings from his works in which David Jones, whether explicitly or implicitly, has had a hand of influence or inspiration.
