Powys libraries popular virtual advent calendar is back for another year, running daily from 1 to 24 December on the StoriPowys Plant/Children Facebook page. Starting this Friday, each day we will post up a picture of a suggested Christmas book for you to share with your children and help get into the Christmas spirit together. All the books are available to borrow from your local library and we would love to see your photos of you reading the story, or simply let us know when and where you read it in the comments below the suggested book.

Children across Powys are encouraged to join the Summer Reading Challenge and get ready for a whole load of team spirit and plenty of fun.
